Community Engagement & Posting Guidelines 

As a Futurebound Preferred Partner, you’re part of a trusted network of professionals we know, use, and recommend.

You’re welcome to engage with members inside the Leaps&Bounds Community through Community Posts and Community Events spaces.

The following guidelines help ensure your contributions are valuable, professional, and consistent with our community standards — while giving flexibility for future referral or affiliate arrangements between our businesses.

 Encouraged​​​​​​​ 

  • Share helpful, educational posts that add value — short tips, insights, or examples in your area of expertise.
  • Join conversations and share ideas in Community Posts or Community Events when you can add perspective.
  • Respond to comments or questions on your posts.
  • Celebrate member wins or progress with supportive, professional comments.
  • Share your services or promotions up to 1–2 times per month, as long as your post focuses on value, education and relevance (e.g. “If you’re working on X, this service can help…”). These can be posted in the Community Posts or Community Events spaces.
  • Coordinate any featured sessions, collaborations, or co-hosted promotions with the Futurebound team.

 Not Permitted​​​​​​​ 

  • Excessive or purely promotional posting (e.g., repetitive sales ads or unrelated offers).
  • Cold messaging members for business purposes.
  • Collecting or storing member contact details without explicit Futurebound approval.
  • Sharing any member content externally (screenshots, testimonials, etc.) without written permission from both the member and Futurebound.
  • Providing personalised financial or investment advice — if you are a financial adviser, please keep any educational contributions compliant with NZ standards.

 Recommended​​​​​​​ 

  • 1–2 value-based or relevant educational posts per month
  • Occasional thoughtful comments or engagement in discussions
  • Keep your tone helpful and conversational — the same energy we bring to the community.
  • Focus on empowering, not selling.
  • If in doubt, ask yourself: Would this make a member feel supported and informed — or pressured?
  • Any affiliate or referral arrangements (where payment is exchanged) will operate under a separate written agreement once that program launches.
