Futurebound is the trading name for Elias Services Ltd, a financial coaching and educationcompany.

The 30-Day Group Coaching Pass provides access to the Futurebound Academy group coaching for the registered individual only.

Pass sharing is not permitted.

Discounts on 30-Day Group Coaching Pass Prices (eg, Early Bird and Fast Action prices) will only be applied if payment is received, in full.

Admission to a group coaching sessions are dependent upon receipt of full payment and is within 30-days after pass purchase.

• No refunds will be allowed.
• In the event of a group coaching is cancelled, Futurebound may extend the pass for an additonal week to make up for a missed session. However, pass extension is not guaranteed.
• Pass Holder may not share your pass with anyone. No one may redeem the pass in place of the Pass Holder.
• Pass Holder holds the responsibility to follow the instructions provided to access the pass in a password-protected area. No refunds will be provided if the Pass Holder fails to access the pass.
• Futurebound will make reasonable attempts to guide and instruct the Pass Holder how to access the VIP Pass bonuses.
• Customer support will be provided to the Pass Holder by Futurebound to help and assist the Pass Holder to access the password-protected area where access to the pass is.

No group passes are available due to the group coaching sessions being delivered online.

Futurebound reserves the right to make amendments to the group coaching times and dates.

In the event the group coaching times and dates are amended, Futurebound will make best efforts to notify the pass holder of the change.
